how to levitate the orb?
1. Please place the base on an absolutely plat surface. If the surface is not Flat and horizontal, the speaker orb can’t levitate normally
2. Connect the power adapter to the base power port. 3. Turn on the speaker orb and pair with smart phone/tablet. 4. Hold the orb with your two hands and put your fingers under the orb to hold tight the orb, move the orb vertically downwards the center of the base. 5. Make the orb approach the center of the base slowly, and please move it towards left and right, or front and back to try to get the levitating point. 6. When you feel a strong force, which is holding the orb from the base, This position is the levitation place.

  1. Q Can i pair two or more of them together at the same time for added effect?
    A NO, the speaker cann't pair two or more at the same time
  2. Q How do you turn lights on at the base?
    A You have to plug it in. Turn on the switch under the base. If you have tried to levitating more than 4 times and the speaker sticks to the base it has burned out the light on the base.

  5. Q maybe these have been asked: does the levitating ball keep charge by induction or wirelessly? Does the base take AUX input (analog audio source)?
    A The levitating ball keep charge by USB charging cable .And the base no battery . If you want to levitating the ball , the base must be connect the power by the power adapter

    A The output of power adapter is 12V 2mA

    A Hello ,About how to float the orb speaker ,pls see the attached video .Your (two ) hands can be hold the bottom of the orb speaker , then you can move your hand around the center of the base ( the white circle ) slowly to try to get the levitating point , when you feel a strong force that is suspending the orb speaker , this position is the levitation point . If you try 5-6 times ,pls stop and rest unplugged for 3 minutes ,then try it again. If you also have problem ,pls contact us on Amazon , we will help you to solve the problem.

    A You can set it and forget it but if you don't use it as a speaker. If you use as a speaker you have to plug it in to charge it up because you'll be hearing a beeping sound and that means it has to be plugged in to be charged. I hope I've answered your question

    A Does your echo dot normally pair with other Bluetooth speakers? If it does then it will most likely pair with this orb. I own a Google Hub and I can using it's app to select the orb as my Bluetooth sound output speaker. Verify if your echo dot has the same functionality.
  18. Q Can my sons gerbils ride on it while it plays music??
    A No, a gerbil cannot ride the orb while it levitates. The orb will be thrown off balance at the gerbils slightest movement & it will then come crashing into the base. The orb will also play music as an independant blutooth speeker & can be stuck to any metal surface due to its magnets in its base. The gerbils could sit on the orb while it is stuck to a metal surface.

    A No, I did not link the name "Infinity Orb" as being associated to "Infinity" the high end audio company.

    A comes with a usb connector,the base has to be plugged into socket. the orb is major league suspended by magnetic force only.

    A Yes, there is a switch under the base, there is a button on the Orb to turn those lites off.

    A The only BlueTooth any speaker might find is the little rechargeable "dongle" you bought and inserted to the earbuds jack (1/8" peg) or maybe, the more expensive models of Lg brand television, and it's the TV remote that switches that BlueTooth link ON, and kicks off the pairing process....

    A Hello! The base needs to be connected to an outlet, if the base is disconnected from the outlet, the orb will fall on to the base. Since it's magnetic it'll stick to the base, but will only float if the base is connected to an outlet. If you lose power, the orb will simply drop and stick to the base since it's magnetic.

    A one time and cover for 4 years

    A No, sorry. Looks like it was designed for America.
  42. Q Can 2 or more conect to one player?
    A It's bluetooth so only one device can be paired with it at a time. If two sources need access to the orb, one has to be unpaired before the other one can use it.
  43. Q How do you use the microphone?
    A Turn on the buetooth orb speaker , then open the bluetooth function of your cell phone and start to pairing , when pairing , you can touch the key to pick up a phone call or reject .
  44. Q Can i put it on the back of a scooter?
    A No. The magnetic field that causes the orb to float isnt strong enough to keep the speaker in place as you move forward

    A You can speak to it. It probably won't answer, but it's a good listener

    A If it is fully charged, then turn on the Orb speaker and when it enters pairing mode, connect with the blue tooth again.
